Upstream vendor has identified an issue and deployed a fix to their servers. Our internal testing verifies that their fix seems to be working. Will continue to monitor.

Upstream vendor has confirmed issue is on their side after successfully replicating the issue in their environment. Issue has been escalated to urgent status. Upstream vendor is continuing to troubleshoot.
