Jeenie deployed a fix that restored TeleJeenie to an operating state. We'll continue to monitor it over the next couple of hours to ensure no further issues arise.

Investigating -
We have received reports of increased instances of incoming calls via TeleJeenie calls ending before connecting to an interpreter. We are investigating this issue with upstream providers and will provide an update within 1 hour.
